Client Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, Best Payroll Services is not liable for penalties resulting from incorrect data provided by the Client or unforeseen banking delays.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business and salary information strictly confidential during and after the term of the agreement.
